Close your eyes and imagine the number 3. Now change it to the number 2. Now the number 1. Did you see regular numbers? Maybe numbers that look like ones you would see printed somewhere?

Do the countdown again, but this time see the numbers on something or made up of something. For example, drawn on the sand or made of sparkling diamonds. Get creative and have fun. 3...2...1. Now add a mantra at the end. You could use “All is well,” “Peace,” “Relax,” or let the phrase come into your mind that is just what you need at this moment. 3...2...1. Do the countdown and mantra again, and if you like, count down from 10 to 1. Feel the power of the countdown and of your mantra.
