The mood is light-hearted at the park today. A free concert has brought out a multitude of guests, young and old. Some children are playing with bubble makers nearby. One child looks up and offers a bubble maker for you to try. You resist the temptation to say no and say, “Yes!” instead.

You feel a little silly, but you dip the wand into the soapy solution. Wave it and see the trail of bubbles that flow in front of you. Watch as they float up and around you. Try to catch one on your finger. The bubbles’ iridescence shimmers in the sunlight. It feels fun to be playful! If you need a reminder during your day, do a little flick of your hand and imagine the bubbles!
