You hang suspended in a cloud, a tiny drop of water, fulfilled in your purpose as you wait to fall. Joining others, you descend to the earth, landing on the leaf of a tree, then sliding down the tip of the leaf as it bends with the weight of the water to the ground below. Sinking through the grass, gravity pulls you through the soil, down the hill until you reach the creek. The creek flows quickly, merging with other tiny and larger streams of water, becoming a river, reaching the ocean.
You travel to the depths, swirling and flowing with the currents. Eons pass. Light reaches you. You rise to the surface...waiting again to journey, invisibly, to the cloud above.
